My favorite nut would have to be a pistachio, they are not only lime green, and have such an exotic shell that is complex to open
or break, the flavour is flamboyant and really awesome.
Pistachio is also such a cool name for a nut :) !

Depends - flaked almonds in my homemade Biryani - blanched peanuts in my homemade peanut biscuits(cookies)- walnuts in my homemade chocolate and walnut cake - wait a minute..........maybe I'M the nut for spending so much time in the kitchen!
I MUST be nuts, 'cos I LOVE it!!!

Peanuts - any shape or form! I love peanut butter (got to be extra crunchy)! But alas! My little boy has a nut allergy and so I have been unable to satisfy my cravings for nearly 6 years!! I can still taste it...
