For you see I am not like you I will give you my advice.
For loosing water weight you need to work out more and if you have access to this type of flower called "Jamaica". It is a natural diuretic. Try to not eat carbs for a while because if you eat those it is harder to lose the water weight and drink more water for your purpose. Reduce salt and other sodium products, always check labels by instance never take something with more than 125 gm of sodium. Follow my indications and you will loose that water weight, I guess you are all swollen. Stop eating salt and stop messing with me that I am nice and not racist.

Water weight is a GOOD thing.

The water weight loss comes from a net loss of protein and carbohydrates especially during the first few weeks of a reduction in calories. On reducing calories the body needs to rely more on energy within the body and thus breaks down protein and carbohydrate for metabolism. When these nutrients are metabolised water is released. Fat stores do supply a little of the energy but at first a good proportion comes from protein and the limited stores of carbohydrates within the cells.

I know this wounds funny but drink more water. You will need to be consistent. The recommended amount is 8 to 10 cups a day. You might need more if you are in a hot climate or exercise.
