I am a picky eater and need to increase my protein consumption during the day, I hate re-heated foods and know that coldmeat is bad for me. I have also had enough of tuna...suggestions??

Okay I wont say the t word. I will start from the top on meats. Fish, chicken, beef and pork. Most nuts are high in protein but some people are afraid of the extra fats. Most of the fats in nuts are heart healthy fats. I like to snack on t and crackers, almonds and protein bars.

Hey there. I can very much relate to you becsaue I am also a very picky eater. As far as protein goes: any type of nuts are a good one. Try trail mix- with a variety of nuts. If you find you still cant get enough try a protein supplement.

in basic terms approximately each thing has purely somewhat of protein in it. A bowl of cereal oftentimes has some grams. a pitcher of soy milk has approximately 6 grams. Even spinach has purely somewhat of protein. this is easy to get 30 grams of protein. i'm a vegan and that i think of I consume approximately one hundred fifty grams or extra of protein on a daily basis, perchance extra, yet i do no longer in all risk shop song. I bring up weights oftentimes, so i attempt to consume a great variety of protein so i will get muscle. Vegan ingredients that are extreme in protein comprise: Beans: Kidney beans, garbanzos, lentils, etc. Soy products: Soy milk, tofu, soy nuts, etc. Nuts: Peanuts, peanut butter, cashews, almonds, pecans, etc. Seeds: Sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, sesame seeds, etc. Grains: Rice, entire grain bread, quinoa, granola, numerous cereals, etc. I desire you the main suitable on your quest!

Ricotta cheese is an excellent source of protein. You can get it in no fat or low fat versions. The quality of ricotta cheese is rated even higher than egg protein. And you can consume it cold without heating. I like it on toasted bagels.
