Not sure. Some people believes that there is only a soul mate for every person. Other ones are getting married over and over.
The idea of what true love is changes with the age. Usually if you are a teenager, the more important will be the physical attraction, later the chemistry and while more mature the feelings or the character that a person has, what means the internal beauty.
I think that in a life time people can have more than one love and even hurting while loosing it for different reasons, grieving and finally accepting. Once ready, then the heart can be open again to keep on loving or if the person had been bad wounded and unable to recover, then she/he can decide that it was enough with one love.
Feelings may show unexpectedly in our life, to cheer them and let them grow or just reject them is a matter of choice.

I think it depends on the person. Some people just don't get too attached with their partner that breaking up doesn't really affect them. Others, just cling to their love and wouldn't let go no matter what. Personally, I do believe of a thing called "the one and only love." It's that one person who understands you the most, appreciate your well-being and existence, would do whatever it takes to make you happy and satisfied, would care about the simplest details...etc.

I have to answer YES, I recently found someone that I love completely and feel that this person is the one that I have been searching for all my life, and cannot imagine myself loving anyone else like I do her, I'm sure that I COULD love someone else, and have before, but not as deeply and completely as I do her.

No, I don't think so. I believe there ARE loves we have in our lives that just stand out though. Ones we just never forget. Even if the relationship didn't work out, it's just something about that person that just stays with you.

NO. This is a lie promoted by idle romantics, the media, and people who don't know any better.
