I thought that is the first thing they teach you....
Do they teach abstinence first and the concept of Jesus and the trinity later? WTF?

It should be more shocking and incredulous to people that people DO think Jesus is God, especially when the Bible says that he is not.

True Christians recognize the truth from the Bible that Jesus Christ was the very first of God's creations and as such could not possibly be God himself (Colossians 1:15 and Revelation 3:14 are clear proof of that). True Christians also recognize that there is no such thing as the "trinity", which is a false, god-dishonoring teaching concocted by men and unsupported by the Bible.

Jesus is God, if any church is teaching otherwise that is a poor church that lacks the power of the Holy Spirit.
God the Father, Jesus his ONLY begotten Son, and the Holy Spirit are the basis of our foundation. Abstinence and everything else comes naturally after anyone has put their faith in God.

Almighty God is YHWH/Jehovah; Rev 1:8. YHWH is the Spirit; 2Cor 3:17. Jesus is called Mighty God at Isaiah 9:6.

YHWH never had a beginning. He is the origin of life for others. Jesus is his firstborn Son, the beginning of the creation by God. Micah 5:2 shows Jesus had an origin. Rev.3:14,1John 5:18.

YHWH is God the Creator. Jesus is God, a mighty ruler, and a helper in creation. Jesus is the Son the of YHWH.

Jesus said; 'Hear O Israel, YHWH, OUR God is ONE YHWH.' Mark 12:29.

Jesus worships the Father/Creator/YHWH. Rev.3:12.

Actually I am a Christian and I do not believe that Jesus is God! God is the father, Jesus is the Son, and Holy Ghost is God/Jesus within all of us Christians!@

TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTION, NO.IT'S NOT SHOCKING AT ALL.

LOOK AT PEOPLE TODAY COMPARED TO WHEN I WAS A CHILD,THAT WAS ALONG TIME AGO. PEOPLE NOW,ARE SELFISH, RUDE AND CRIME HAS GONE UP. POPULATION IS GROWING AND IT WILL ONLY GET WORSE.I COULD GO ON AND ON ABOUT THIS. IT STILL LEADS BACK TO PARENTS AND HOW YOU ARE RAISED.I TEACH MY CHILDREN THAT IF YOU WANT TO GO TO CHURCH YOU CAN,YOU CAN BELIEVE IN WHAT YOU WANT.HOWEVER, FIRST AND FOR MOST YOU ARE TO FALLOW THE TEN COMMANDMENTS. RATHER THEY ARE REAL OR NOT,THEY ARE A EXCELLENT GUIDE TO GO BY.

MOST PEOPLE COME FROM ALL WALKS OF LIFE.

THEY ARE TAUGHT THE WAYS OF THERE PARENTS BELIEFS AND SUCH.

HOWEVER, THEY DO GROW UP AND EXPERIENCE LIFE FOR THEMSELVES.

THEN HAVE A CHANGE OF THOUGHT, CHANGE OF HEART AND MIND.

HAVE YOU HAD LOSS, OR DONE SOMETHING YOU THOUGHT YOU WOULD NEVER DO. HAS SOMEONE DID THAT TO YOU. DO THINGS ALWAYS GO YOUR WAY OR DO YOU HAVE UPS AND DOWNS.

THESE ARE FACTORS IN OUR LIVES THAT MAKE US IMPRESSIONABLE, AND QUESTION AND DECIDE FOR OURSELVES IF GOD OR JESUS REALLY EXISTS.

Not at all! I'm an atheist, but I've read the NT, and I agree with Jehovah's Witnesses that Jesus is the son of God, and not God at all. Jesus seems to go out of his way to tell people that he is not God! "Why do you call me good, when nobody is good but my father?" is what he said! Obviously, he is not God!

No. There has always been a huge diversity of Christian teaching. For awhile, state-sponsored orthodoxy suppressed that diversity (or at least made it more difficult), but it's back again, thank God.
