Yes. You will not be over-drying your hair so much, so it will look shinier, feel silkier and you will have fewer split ends, so you will be able to grow it longer and have it look better. Be aware that the hair that is already damaged can be improved with some conditioning treatments, but it will take time to get the really healthy head of hair that you want. It won't change overnight.

Not necessarily..just cause you stop using your hair dryer altogether doesnt mean you will have healtheir longer silkier and less dull hair. It depends on the kinds of products you use on your hair also. bad products and using too much of it can damage hair. so dont just blame it all on your poor blow dryer!!!

Any type of heat styling tool damages the hair. Blow dryers, with constant and repeated use definately hinder the hairs progress, growth, etc. It dries the hair out, causing it to be dull.

Yes!!! but it's really hard not to use your hair dryer unless u have thin hair then it will dry fast anyway
