I'm Serve Safe Certified my best guess is yes ,any disagreements?

Technically, yes. They can serve it rare albeit they do have to have the internal temperature of the meat reach at least 140 degrees for a minimum of 15 seconds. That means that logistically the $8/hr cook is going to have a hard time hitting the window in which your burger turns from raw to rare to medium rare. That being said I think they would tell you the could get your ground chuck steak burger pink for you but might not let you keep sending them back if they were too well done. Great question however....

probably not, because they are afraid of getting sued if someone gets sick ! most chain restaurants won't do it because of the mad cow hysteria ! you need to find a mom and pop place ! or better yet go to your local butcher and do it yourself! i have some awesome recipes if your interested ! they are taste tested and carnivore approved ! besides ground steak is just a fluffy way of saying ground siloin, which if not blended with some fat is very dry. who wants a dry burger? not me !
