Got to the "Tools" tab on the top of your screen.
Pull down adn select the "Internet Options..." tab.
Then go to "Temporary Internet Files", there are 3 buttons, click the "Delete Cookies" button and the "Delete Files" button. That cleans your web browser of all caches and tracking cookies from teh internet. Then click the "Clear History" button, that will delete all your history. Keep in mind that sometimes Internet Explorer freezes up when you do this. It may take up to ten minutes to delete everything, depending on how full you history is.
