That's silly. Expecting someone not to be "moody" is the same as expecting someone to be happy and energetic all the time, which isn't exactly realistic. I'm sure you have also experienced the full range of motions, haven't you?
Guys have the same emotions as girls, they're just really good at suppressing them since that what's they were taught to do. However, girls are much more apt to let you know how they feel - it's really about communication, not the actual emotion itself.

Women are wired differently than men. That's not a good or bad thing, it just is. They have a monthly cycle, wildly fluctuating hormones, and they're built for childbirth. They are, by their very physiology, going to behave differently than men.
So what do you do? You have to learn to deal with it. Here's what I do when my partner is moody:
- I make a note that she's moody and that she's not herself.
- I ask her if there's anything I can do to help her feel better. Just asking this question often works wonders.
- If there's nothing I can do, I assert my freedom to spend some time on my own. I don't get into discussions or arguments -- I steer clear. When someone isn't rational, it is pointless to try and discuss details. Wait until she's calmed down.
Remember you are your own person. Feel free to step away when she becomes difficult. And above all, never take it personally.
Best of luck.

Don't take it personally! You are at the mercy of our hormones!! We have our menstrual cycles once a month, then when we get older, we go through menopause. It never ends...
All I can tell you is, when she is moody, agree with everything she says, don't argue with her. Don't annoy her. Make sure there's always chocolate in the house. And give her sex when ever she wants it. Ok? I think that about covers it....Good luck!

Of course it is, just as it's possible to find a man that isn't moody. Good luck. By the way I am not moody, never have been.

Thats just unreasonable to expect. Dont tell me you never get moody. Well maybe not as often but you have to respect their hormones and behavioral trends too.
