Question

God is make-believe like all the other gods and supernatural nonsense people ever came up with...fun but false. The universe was belched into existence as hot plasma and organized into the matter we see now, and behaves the way it does, all because of some simple laws of physics. "I" am a process that is happening. I was born because my parents caused it, and my body will die while I'm still in it. What should I do now? I have complete freedom; I don't have to act the way anyone else wants me to. Probably 40 years left. I'm straight, at least, and I like mountain biking and smoking pot.

God is not make believe, people may seem to be made by their parents, but the evolution had to start somewhere, you can believe what you want, but my belief in God will never change. People like you have grown up to be naive and think that you know all they is to know, how can you know something that happened centuries ago. You can really mess someone's head up. Smoking pot, is not the best for you either, no matter your religion or belief, and if you believe there is no God, and there is, where would that leave you.

Yes, this is all true. But let me ask you a question, where did "physics" come from? How did mass originate and why IS the universe ordered? You can say that everything exists and/or happens because of cause and effect (determinism, basically) but why? Why do things happen this way? What created matter and if you find out, what created that? Where did the beginning of anything come from?

No God is real you have to have faith to understand.

THe world wasn't created by some plasma or by a dot that exploded thats better known as the 'Big Bang'

On Judgment Day, will you be found to be guilty or innocent of breaking His commandments? God's Law demands justice, and the penalty for sinning against Him is death and Hell. . There is a way that seems right to a man, but in the end it leads to death. Where are your beliefs leading you too? You know where! For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. Repent!

What would you do when after you die you see yourself in a coffin and your friends around the coffin trying to put you in the grave? What would be your reaction when you see yourself dumped in a hole and your friend cant see you but you can and every thing goes normally except that you don't understand what is happening to you. You notice you exist, but your body is dumped and you see the world like before but you are completely on your own and conscious and you are Much lighter you see people they can't see you and you start thinking what is happening with you. Suddenly the enemy start showing himself to you and you look at his face you immediately recognize him-he is the devil who is going to do things you hate so much to you ........ this situation will stay like this until at some time in the future and after you really had the worst time of your existence with the devil and his followers, you stand before the judge who will pass an eternal sentence on how you shall spend your eternity hereinafter. I don't think you want me to continue, but let me leave the rest for you to figure out.

So glad you have it all figured out. As a Christian I warn you that you are destroying your immortal soul, any chance of getting into Heaven and will burn in Hell forever as one of Satan's prize catches.

Enjoy the rest of your existence. It's all an easy downhill from here on. Just expect increasing frustration, defeat and loss, pain and grief and there will be nowhere to turn for relief because you have turned your back on God and Jesus, your Savior and Redeemer.

I guess we will never really know the truth, it's all really confusing. if that's the way u choose to live your life it's because that's what makes since to you. everyone is different and in titled for their own opinion, so if people want to have faith in Gods , I really don't think they are hurting anyone that's what makes them happy and gives them the feeling of safeness, their faith is what keeps then sane. as for people that don't beleive in God that does't make them evil, that just means they think more like scientist , and believe that we adapted with time.as long as a person know right from wrong in their heart that's all that really counts.
