ok i really like this guy that i work with.. he is so sweet!!! he does the sweetest things.. awh but the trouble is i am afraid to talk to this guy.. i just freeze up and end up embaressing myself by saying stupid things.. and still he always smiles at me and i catch him looking over at me alot!!!! but i dont want him to think i'm not intrested because i REALLY am!!!! what can i do to fix this?

The easiest way to handle this is to tell him that you like him but are so shy that you have trouble talking to him. Once he knows you like him, he will feel free to talk to you all the time and help you feel comfortable around him. After doing this for a little while, you won't feel shy around him anymore.
The thing to understand is that it is normal for women to feel that way and it is also normal (and expected) for the man to help you with that.
He is the man and you are the woman.
The limiting factor is his not being sure if you like him or not. Good men are very careful not to bother women who don't like them. But since most women are not good at letting men know they like them, this is a problem. Alot of couples who are good for eachother never form a relationship because of this issue. But, you can easily solve the problem by being straightforward and honest with him (two traits highly valued by men) and tell him two things......that you like him (it is universally understood by all men what you mean) and that you are so shy that you have trouble talking to him.

talk to him alot more...smile @ him when he looks @ you...and eventually ask him wht he's doin one night...and ask if he wants to hang out :)

ok.......ok...................I see your problem..........you lack confidence!.....come on.............if your sure that you like him talk to him a bit......get a chance to know him more and to connect with him a bit.........this way you'll get a better chance of knowing each other......and practice lines infront of a mirror sometimes....it might help your freezing-ness.....hehe........anyway i hope this helped.......
