Yes, you are too young. You can't even work Yahoo! answers yet correctly (you asked this twice in a row), you don't know how to spell "marry", and you still live with your parents. You can be in love with this person, but you should wait until after college to marry. Think of how much stronger your love will be once you've lived some life and experienced adult things together (like vacations, grocery shopping, paying bills, shopping for cars, etc). You still have 60+ years of life in you, why rush into something?

Yes it is.

If you 2 really love each other. Wait!
At 16, you should be worrying about school not getting married. Let him give you a promise ring. Promise each other that when you and him are over the age of 18 and still want to get married, then do it. Being with someone for just a year at such a young age isn't long enough. You guys need more time to get to know each other and then decide if you want to spend the rest of your lives together.
Good Luck!

I have many friends my age that got married before they were 18. The weddings were all lovely. They were all divorced before age 25. The divorces were not lovely.

I know ONE person who got married younger than 18 and stayed married. She got married in the late 1940s.

No insult intended, but you can' imagine how much and how fast people change when they are teenagers. I believe you really love this guy, and he really loves you.

If it is REALLY right, you will both still love each other when you are 18. it doesn't hurt anything to wait, if you are right for each other. And it can help a lot to wait, to make sure you are right for each other.

You can be engaged but you need to wait until you are 18 for the wedding. Trust me thats what I did. I have been married for 2 months and am 19. We got engaged on my 17th birthday and I thought I wanted to marry him right then but now I am glad that I had a long engagement and waited until I was of legal age and could make the decision on my own with out the parents signature. Plus deciding to wait will impress your parents. They will see that you can be committed without acting like a child demanding that they sign the marriage license.

I made the mistake of getting married at 15, thought I had it bad at home. I ended up with my first child at 16. If you want to give up the fun of being a teen ager, miss the prom, and miss out of lots of things go ahead. Just remember that you too could end up pregnant, are you willing to give up your life as you know it now and have a child that will depend on you for everything? I love my son very much but I do wish I had waited. Please think about it alot.

the best idea is to wait.....marriage is a big commitment. If the guy really loves you he'd agree to wait but if you are really in a hurry why dont you consider an engagement now for the least...it will let you know if the relationships worth taking further.....

Yes you need to slow down- if you guys really love eachother, you can wait and save up for the wedding of your dreams. And stay in school- especially English! Learn how to spell and use correct grammar. Then think about marriage! Errr.... Good Luck to you!?!?!?!?!
