You should make a joke out of it but politely say no because you will never be able to look at each other in the same way again, it could ruin the friendly relationship.
I advise that you only do it if you have feelings for her, you don't want to make a mistake and remember your first time as a mistake.
What ever you do be wise and make sure you use protection, you dont want your 'friend with benifits' to become the mother of your child, unless you are in love and you wnat to be with her. So think it over before you do anything and think about if she wants to be more then friends.

Personally, I say don't do it if you are planning on just being friends and staying friends. Trust me, someone always falls for the other, gets too attached, and the friendship is ruined.
So if the friendship doesn't mean anything to you, then go for it. But if it does, leave it be. Or else talk about getting into a committed relationship before you have sex together.
