Hello, I bought a CD and it won't start automatically. The CD is not a media type but a document how do I open it? Thanks.

You need some applications to open Document Type files. U can use Office Xp or Open Office ( Its free). Remomber if its not a media type it will not auto play.

You mean you don't know how to open a CD manually? Holy crap, how do you live your life without even knowing this kind of basic stuff? Open My Computer from your desktop and double-click the icon for your CD drive.

Go to my computer and click on the CD drive, this should open it.

Go into my computer and click the CD player or alternate click it and hit open.
