Good aerobic exercises are good, the idea is to get your heart between 50 and 80% of your maximum heart rate and keep it there for about 30 minutes. Your maximum heart rate is found by taking 220 minus your age. Walking briskly is a great exercise to do this I always find running a little more difficult because my heart rate like to shoot up really high when I'm running. NEVER exceed your maximum heart rate. It could potentially do cardiovascular damage! I hope this helps!
