Where can I find a database of ppl emigrated to the States btw 1945-1954?

I doubt that such a data base exists. Records that old are just not entered into electronic media. You might have to write (snail-mail) to the U.S. Department of Immigration. If they do not have the information you are looking for, they might be able to tell you where (or what Agency) you need to ask.
