What i mean is if i was to give a guy a ******** how can i tell wether he has been circumsised or not?? I know that sounds stupid but how can you tell?

First of all, are you old enough to be asking this? If a man's been circumcized, the foreskin is simply not there. Unless you don't know what a foreskin is or have never seen what a penis looks like, this sounds like a no-brainer to me. Besides, why would it be an issue, anyway?

This is not a suitable question for an under aged girl. You are obviously under age or you wouldnt be asking such a question. You must know what a foreskin is so you should be able to know if there is one there or not. Failing that, ask whoever your giving the Blow*** to if he has one or not !!! Why would it matter if he has one or not? he will still enjoy it!! best to swallow not spit.

Why do you care? I mean really, what difference does it make?
In a natural man the skin starts at the base of the penis and goes all the way to the head. In a circumcised man the skin finishes at the head of the penis.

The foreskin covers the end of the penis (glans). If it doesn't , the guy has been circumcised.
You can look up "penis" on your computer, access images and it will show you depictions of circumcised and uncircumcised penises. One picture is worth a thousand words.

Most people here are wrong. If he has extra skin below the head of the penis, then hes not circumcised. When a penis is erect, cut or not, they look almost identical and the head is completely exposed.

Oh Lord! How old are you? If theres a head, yes. If theres just a piece of loose skin, no. Now depends on erection also, if he is quite large, then that skin could be stretched down underneath it.

Try and pull the forskin back over the glans (or bell end), if nothing or very little moves then he's cut.

if the foreskin is still there it looks like his penis is sagging a bit at the tip. if it is gone the tip of the penis looks like a torpedo head.
