If you see this kind of thing in the Phillipines, then all it means is that the two girls are good friends of each other.
But if you see it in the USA, then it probably means that the two girls are lesbian lovers of each other.
To understand the meaning of any behavior, you have to look at and understand the context and the culture in which it is happening.

depends if they are walking like they are lovers or just walking. if they were just walking then i wouldnt think much of it. if they were walking like they were lovers i would think "thats cute and cool that they have the strenght to publicly say that they love eachother and dont give a crap what anyone thinks"
