Ok it may sound a bit silly but i am a very confident person when it comes to talking to people.. in fact i never shut up!! however i freeze and get so nervous around this really nice guy that i work with.. I often catch him looking at me and smiling.. but i am too nervous to talk to him!! i really don't know what to do.. i need your help guys.. i will never get anywhere by being shy!!!!!

Hi, As u said that u r confident , then why are u afraid of and for what or who. It is useless to showing afraid towards other. It shows that u r lieing for something or something negative.
He is ur collegue, if u work together , then its a great thing to talk freely .
Secondly u might be love with him i.e. at first site.
Thirdly he is mor confident and smart as compare to u ...
deside what and take acition.....

talking to girls like talking with boys only that girls and boys find a girl they like and there body starts to shake its like me theres a hot girl in the church i talk to her normaly but the first time i see her i get really nerveous i cant control my self but talk to that guy start a mini conversation but a short one like hi im ______ whats your name. and then talk about thigs that you think he likes then walk away the next time you see him talk to him then you will be ready to talk to other people.
