For me its character and mind. Beautiful people always turn out to be a dissapointment most times.
You can have a lasting relationship with a very intelligent person. I am not suggesting you must have a relationship with someone you are not attracted to. But if you have a relationship with anyone with a good character that would have some impact on his/her outward appearance too (This person dont really have to be good looking just natural).

Character and mind, of course! I never want to be surrounded by people whose best feature is a hot body and beautiful face and who at the same time are shallow, mean, dishonest and frauds!
If I need to choose I would always pick the company of people who are intelligent, witty, and have integrity, who can give me an honest advice and from whom I can learn, even if they are damn ugly. There is always some inner beauty in the people who are knowledgeable, intelligent and good.

while the first thing i think about is face and body, i wont date a girl that doesnt have good character and mind

I met my husband in yahoo chat and didn't see a picture of him until right before we met. I feel in love with his personality first and when I saw him in person it was love at first sight.
