Ok, I washed my hair yesterday, and today it's dull, and looks unclean, maybe cuz I left it wet.... don't know why, and I washed it good! Is it ok to wash it again today?

You need to ask your hair stylist. Some hair (frizzy) does better if you wash it everyother day. They can help you.

You can wash your hair again today, it won't hurt it. Use a good conditioner and moisturizer, this will eliminate the dull look. It is not recommended to wash daily however if your hair gets oily fast washing daily will not hurt, just make sure to use a good conditioner and moisturizer.

When you wash you hair everyday your washing out all the natural
oils which isnt good for your hair, so they say to wash it only twice a week. Pretty nasty huh but thats what they say..

i wash my hair whenever it starts to look greasy, usually every other day, but sometimes consecutively depending how its looking. More than the frequency of washing your hair, it is the hair drying, straightening, applying hair products that you should try and avoid doing all the time.
