Men are dumb and most are completely unable to imagine what a woman may want. You must tell him, you can try hinting and saying things such as, "I sure would love some flowers." But likely you'll simply have to sa, "You need to get me some flowers buddy"

Some guys just aren't flower sending type guys. If everything else is good about the relationship I would not sweat the small stuff, get yourself some flowers and mention how beautiful they are to him and how much you like having fresh flowers around. Honestly its a lot of money to spend for something that will be dead and thrown away in a couple days anyway.

Dont expect flowers you will just be disappointed, as a guy I do buy flowers here and there but souly as a surprise to make that special someone someone smile, its simple in my book, if you expect something it takes all the fun out of it. instead of focusing all your attention on him getting you flowers perhaps you should just focus on having a good time and enjoying what he has to offer

some guys will never do it... does he have any idea how fond you are of flowers?
is it flowers you like or have you set up some sort of ideal in your mind about how exactly a guy ought to be expressing his affection towards you... if that is the case then you may never be truly satisfied in any relationship because you probably have other un-expressed ideals to be met, too, that are just as unimportant really as this one
in what other loving ways does he express his affection for you that are of his own notion?

Hmm, try asking whether or not he thinks he's romantic, let him say what he has to say, then drop in that you have a weakness for stuff like, say, I dunno, getting flowers etc. Say you think it shows if a guy is really interested or not if he makes the effort to do such things. He might get the hint, he might not, either way, make sure you actually deserve to be getting presents from him in the first place :)
