There isnt a draft to dodge, so no. If you want to move to Canada you need either A. Relatives there B. Job there C. Score more than 67 points on their immigration points system.

I hope so. They added value to Canada in the 60s&70s. Canada is a good place for americas best and brightest, the USA only wants to send them to a grave.

no there isnt a draft going on right now. there is however selective service just incase they decide to reinstate a draft.
but right now the armed services are voluntary.
why on earth would you want to go to Canda any way?
the only thing they have going for them is socialized medicine.
Other than that they copy the USA. except ottawa, where they think France is great. ugh!

canada will let anything through gates....the living is so horrible thatthey actually pay people to live there
the crime rates and suicide rates are also higher in canada than America
