I think one of the reasons is their nature. Girls like to hear sweet things. So guys do. But just guys don't show this. Guys use sweet talk to approach girls, especially in the U.S..of course sex might be the 1st goal.

Hi there,
i am not a guy.. but i hope that guys always will like to sweet talk,
what do us femaleshave to lok forward to if they are bland flat, "without sweet talk"

although no one likes to be lied to and played a fool, it is noce to hear kind sweet romantic gestures.. and i hope this is why guys like to sweet talk,

besides the alternative would be what?

Guys who like to sweet talk are usually those who has a self image problem and lack security. They need all these to make a girl happy and gain attention.
