Salvation didn't need to be taught to Adam and Eve because they had not sinned (well, at least, not until they DID sin). :o)
Noah and his family worshipped God, and although they were still sinners, God found them favorable.
I think (stress the word THINK) that God sent His Son to offer salvation to the world as a last resort; His chosen people weren't listening to Him, and sin was once again getting out of hand. They needed someone to teach them the right way to live, so Jesus did. Also, the new covenant that was made when Jesus became the offering ended up applying to all of humanity, as opposed to only Jewish people.
If Jesus was born to one of Noah's daughters-in-law, then His impact may have been lessened. There were only eight people after the flood, so He would have saved those eight and their descendents from sin. But how many miracles can one work with only eight people? His ministry would have been rather... unremarkable. Unremarkable people get forgotten. That wasn't God's plan - 2000 years later, everyone is pretty much aware of Jesus, whether you accept His salvation or not.

What makes you think that he didn't? Jesus is God, and God spoke to people about salvation in the Garden of Eden, before and after Noah, and through the time of the prophets (and God spoke of the future Messiah from the time that he cast Adam & Eve out of the garden).
This seems to be a silly question.

Because God has no coercive control over the course of events in the cosmos. And because there was no Garden of Eden, and no Flood.
Jesus as a phenomenon could not have occurred without the whole prior history of the Jewish people.

Jesus wasn't Born yet......... wen Adam and Eve were there and plus free will ......and the Flood came for a reason God had lost patience with the people at that time and Noah was the only good person so God told him to build the Ark to save the Animals because obv. there was going to be a big flood....

It wasn't necessary until after Adam and Eve had sinned, they were perfect and could have told Satan, NO. But Satan lied about God to Eve saying He was withholding good from them and he wasn't ruling his subjects with their best interests at heart, he said they would be better off ruling themselves rather than God rule over them. Eating the forbidden fruit was the choice Eve made, then Adam, choosing self rule away from God. This allowed sin to enter into the picture and mans fall from perfection bringing death. God has allowed ample time for man to develope all the types of governments that rule over man to show that we can not rule ourselves, we have made a mess of things, if God had destroyed the rebels at the beginning it still would have left the question posed by Satan unanswered, was God not ruling his subjects in their best interest. Remember, all the angels where watching this transpire, the question needed an answer, so God has allowed things to unfold as they have to prove He was ruling his subjects in the best way. If He kept bad things from happening to us and this planet it could help to prove Satans point and He could not do that. The time is now upon us for God to fix everything, he sent his son to die for our sins giving hpoe of an everlasting life like he always intended for his human creations to have while living on a paradise earth.

God created Adam and Eve in his image. That is...Perfect.
It was throgh the actions of Lucifer, tempting Eve that they became imperfect.
As for Noah, after the flood, there wouldn't have been any need, since the only people who survived were Noah and his family.

Very good question. It's almost like God wanted Adam and Eve to fail Him so that He could punish all humans forever.
