Go don't go all out or he'll think you're trying to hard. Something simple, but elegant would do. A ponytail at the base of your neck, with some of your hair (preferable near the front and top of your head, so it can make a swwop) wrapped around the hair holder so you can't see it and have a pin to tuck it underneath. I think that kind of hairstyle is very classy, but not overdone.

Whatever you do, don't do too much of it. Do something you usually do, but a little better, a little neater. Maybe add some decorations, like If it's ponytail, consider a nice hair clip instead of regular elastic band.

Avoid dramatic hairdos, or he'll keep trying to recognize you.

Don't make too much effort, you've gotta feel comfortable and if you try a new style your likely to not feel comfortable during the date. You want to make it look like you have made an effort though, you can do this with your make-up and the way you dress. Have fun! ;-)

wear it however you most like it and feel most comfortable - the last thing you want to be doing on a date is worrying about your hair falling down or whatever!
