I have a french mastiff mix who is a little agressive, but she is still a puppy. My gandmother is coming to live with us and she has a pomeranian who does not like other dogs. Help! How do I socialize them with out one of them attacking the other. THey need to get along.

Put your poochy on a leash and have your grandma put hers on a leash and have them make slight contact with each other just for a little bit. Then keep doing this and each time, make the social contact a little bit longer. Keep doing this until the dogs are used to each other.
If you can, have your dog see a pet behavioralist.

Take them to a neutral place to introduce them. Your mastiff could get territorial if you introduce them at home. If they don't get along at first meeting, try taking them to a trainer.
