Of those two, I would go with breathing underwater. I love to swim and that would be so cool ot dive and explore without needing to surface or carry huge air tanks.

Would these powers come with the things you'd need to make use of them, such as eyes that could handle the speed of flying, or a body that could withstand the pressures of the deep? It wouldn't change my answer, but it would make it even more cool than I already think it is.
