Come on gokart you know that only AMERICAN CITIZENS are illegal no matter how we look at it. Either we stole the land from "Native" (although they immigrated to the Americas from Asia but simply did it first) American peoples (who had continually fought/stole it from each other), or, we stole it from Mexico(although we simply acquired it through war, conquest, and negotiation just as every other nation in history has done) and actually every American in the Southwest is actually illegal- not the Mexicans who have simply been returning home, or we stole it from Spain and France maybe Russia and god knows who else, or, even scarier is that the United States of America has no legal basis for existence to begin with and Americans are all criminals- just ask Great Britian (any revolutionary is a criminal and any nation formed from revolution is illegal). I apologize for thinking I'm an American citizen, for all of America's history, for believing that the USA has any legal right to establish laws and policies within its' borders, and, finally, for thinking the US has any claim to even exist. I'm packing my bags (do we keep everything here or simply eliminate all the advancements, technology, cities, etc. we've made while we've been illegally occupying this place?) and am ready to be deported to wherever it is I came from (I'll really need help on this one because the invalid birth certificate and other documents I have showing "nationalitiy" say I was born in this illegitimate country-Detroit more specifically- as were my parents and some of my grandparents so I'm not sure which, if any, of the 5 countries I descend from will take me). Just wondering, if I'm part English,or Spanish, or Mexican, or Native American or any other nationality that has claimed ownership of at least part of what is now the US if I'm allowed to stay here or not; or, if only that % of myself that matches whatever "legitimate" nation that recovers this place is allowed to stay?

Only if the Mexican immigration folks search my house. I go there with a tourist permit, and do all sorts of things that are not illegal as such, just not compatible with tourist status.

For example, tourists are not supposed to have things in Mexico. It would take a truck to move all the things I have stored in my wife's house. (She is Mexican.)

I don't work for money, but I do work all the time. My wife owns 1.2 acres, and I grub brush, and dig in the ground, and that sort of thing is not compatible with tourist status.

A few years ago, a Mexican immigration official said half the North Americans in Mexico at any moment were working illegally without legal permission. I asked a journalist friend, and he laughed and said, it's true.

He said the only reason the government nails illegal Americans is a business competitor files a complaint to put them out of business.

Like some of the men mentioned about1.two million immigrants legally input the nation on visas & enables each 12 months, greater than commonly the leisure of the countries on the planet mix, good then MOST unlawful Immigrants, approximately 50% in keeping with ICE, overstayed their enables fitting unlawful the opposite part of all ilegal immigrants sneak into our nation now not simply the MEX/USA additionally CANADA/USA and sea ports, the one option to finish that is to REFORM our immigration approach. Why a few immigrants do not practice for a allow and simply sneak in, good thats BECAUSE the procedure to go into the USA is way to lengthy and high-priced & oftentimes they do not qualify to go into the USA. Thats why and amnesty isn't an reply we'd like a REFORMATION of our approach to take people who cannot are living within the USA for lots of explanations out of right here, and to permit people who overstayed their visas to combine into our approach, so they are able to all in their taxes now not simply those from GOODS and SERVICES. Take France and Spain for instance they ended with their unlawful immigrant, concern in only one 12 months, HOW?? They truthfully sat down and labored toguether to create a brand new immigration approach, no border round their beaches used to be want it to hold the Africans aways only a reform.

No but my father was for over ten years.

Surprisingly I've seen him, his friends, relatives, and many other illegal immagrants do much more for this country than the average citizen their age who was born here.

Lay off on the immagrants. Not even a quarter of them are criminals. Those who are do illegal things for Americans who need illegal things done, and would hire a citizen but immagrants happen to be cheaper.
