Photography is in and will always be, specially digital photography. Though it is a competitive business, if you've got talent then keep it up.

Photography is an artform that you develope. It's a skill that not everyone can do, even with proper experience and training.

If you want to truly be a photographer, then go for it. That's the best advise I can give you about your aspirations.

The images you have photographed (only the first two links work) are nothing special. It's a hard truth, but it is the truth. They are of a flower... a flower in the hand and a flower on the deck. There was no time put into the composition or the lighting of the subject.

They don't have anything about them that is unique. Any 3yr old with ADD and a camera can produce what you have already done.

However, with practice anyone can learn the technique to become a good photographer (a great photographer is a little harder). Be diligent in trying to accomplish what you want, and you will reach it.

People seem to think Photography is an easy business to get into. Unfortunately, that's a bunch of b.s. It's just like any other business out there. Whether you plan on having your own studio or just doing freelance, a lot of time and effort is put into creating the images you are trying to achieve.

Almost look like in Alaska. I have been taking pictures since last fathers day or so. The thing is this. I have got way better at it then ever, why, because its called practice. There are some photos I took and they look like a pro took them. Yet I am not a pro, however I am good at what I do. Just like you will be good at what you enjoy doing. Who cares what the photos look like now just know that they are the steps of a new beginning.

Whatever floats your boat. What I would think about, is maybe specializing in a particular type of photography...and learning everything you can about it. For example...weddings! THose guys make lots of money... but find what you enjoy taking pictures of... and school will help you get really good.

You don't anybody here on yahoo tell you if your pictures are good enough or not! :o)

They are ok for starting.
So you seem to be knowing the basics.
Just get started from there and take pictures "with soul"
Make the people have a good look at your pictures and have them remember them.
Put in something unusual, surprising or fascinating.
Or make pics that carry a message,
like try to make a pic that tells everyone who sees it "I love you" - without writing it on the pic..thats where the real challenge lies

I would say keep it up. You are only 15 and as you grow older you will start to understand each and every picture you will see to take. Those are very good pictures, ad time progresses you will be a professional

I worked as a pro photographer for several years and the one thing I would tell you is...... It's easy to take good pictures. It's VERY hard to sell them.
Lots of luck and if nothing else it's fun to do.
