Well, 15 pounds in two weeks is EXTREMELY hard to do, and also unhealthy for your body. The extreme fluctuation in weight hurts your body, so I wouldn't recommend doing this too often.
My suggestion is to ditch the fad diets!
Work out for an hour to two hours a day - hard cardio. That means running, walking, elliptical machine.
Then eat healthy foods - fruits, veggies, juice, and TONS of water. Eat healthy carbs to keep your energy up, like whole wheat pasta.

Cut back on sugar. Start jogging. Drink lots of water. Get away from wheat products. Eat grapefruit for breakfast. If you're serious this will get you close in two weeks.

Phase one of South Beach diet w/ no cheating!!!! Add 30 minutes of cardio every day and another 30 minutes of weight training 3 times a week, and you should be good to go! It worked for me. Good luck.

You are not giving yourself alot of time,it's not good to lose to much weight so fast.Try tuna,salads with fruit be careful some fruit have alot of natural sugar eggs are good with cheese.Yogart and cottage cheese celery with peanut butter,bake fish maybe salmon.Seafood salad with unsalted crackers.Eat vegetables raw uncooked try and jazz them up with a low-fat dip of some kind.Goodluck to you.

every time you eat something. write it down. each time u eat u are looking at your list. You'll be shocked and realise your eating too much
