Go to Wal Mart and buy some Just For Me hair lotion. Don't over do it if you are white tho, a little bit goes a long way. If you use too much, it will look really greasy. It works wonders and smells really good. It works better if you put it on while your hair is wet, brush it for a while, then style. It can be put on hair that is already dry, if you plan on putting it back.

When I get out of the shower, I use Sun Silk hydra TLC. Then I blowdry my hair on a low setting and use a round brush. Then I curl the tip of it so it wont look stick straight and my hair looks less frizzy. Then I spray glossing mist into my hair.

1. I like Herbal Essence shampoo & conditioner but find that I have to switch brands every once in awhile to prevent build-up.

2. I don't use blow dryers, but let it dry naturally (easier to do in a moderate climate such as Northern California's).

3. I brush it every day.

4. Every once in awhile, get the split ends cut off.

5. Use Frizz-Ease or Fructis hair serum to control the Janis Joplin look.

I have the same exact hair! I tried almost everything to control it. But wat has been working for me is, using Sunsilk Anti-Frizz Shampoo and Conditioner , and I also bought the 24/7 creme. You can use the creme when your hair is damp or dry. but if you are going more simple I bought a serem called, "magic osis". That works really well and it makes your hair look shiny and smooth. Hope this helps! And good luck!

wash it, let it dry on it's own with a lot of gel and conditioner.
When it starts to frizz, early or late, depending on the weather, out comes the hair elastic(sigh).
When I have it done at the shop, they condition & gel it, dry it with a round brush and use a flat iron straightener. It takes 30 minutes, but it stays straight and smooth until it's washed again.

-put my hair in a high ponytail, and scrunch it to make it curly by using gel and hair spray.

-use a straightening shampoo and conditioner, then put some frizz control in it. blow dry it straight then use a straightener to straighten it. i usually do this the night before i wanna have my hair straighten. like for school. cuz it takes a long time to do for me, and i also sleep on it which i think straightens it out alot more.

-i put my hair in a bun.

-put it in a low ponytail to the side and braid it.

hope it works for u.

i straighten it every morning for about 1/2 hour
then i can style it like curling it which usually takes an hour
but what ever you wanna do with your hair
braids or anything straighting it helps keep it smooth and shiny and easy to work with
