Someone once told me that I its just considered good manners too. I don't get it really... I like looking into the other person's eyes personally.

Walk up on your reflection in the mirror, get within kissing distance and see how crazy and distorted you look and you'll understand the prudence of closing your eyes...but it's not the law, mind you. If you like that look, go for it!

I don't think it's 'good manners' to close your eyes with you kiss. Sounds kind of old world '1950ish' kind of thinking or maybe silly romance stuff. Look into someones eyes or close your eyes, the person kissing you does not care much...all they are thinking about is the kiss.

When one enjoys something to a degree,the eyes close to enhance the other senses.Have you ever had a chocolate taste so good you close your eyes in bliss. Same with a good kiss! Eyes shut, let the other senses take over.

It is not consedered necessary. first of all you cant see the others' eyes when you are sooooo close. Secondly maybe someone enjoys the kiss better with his eyes close. like when you eat good food. Absolute pleasure

It is by no means necessary, and can be quite erotic not to. However, we are so visually oriented that closing our eyes allows us to better experience and enjoy the other senses that are involved with kissing.

It's not considered anything by many,but it's a bit cultural i think.I also think that some people feel peace and comfort when they close their eyes while kissing and that's lil bit secure.

if you close your eyes you enjoy the other stuff that comes along with kissing like using your other senses. and you know the other person is enjoying it if their eyes are closed

I like to close my eyes when i kiss. It feels more intimate to me. If my eyes are open it is weird!

It has to do with ones preference personally. I only keep mine open when I'm being silly of want to know whats coming next. If the partner your with doesn't like it I would stop, your never want to make the other party uncomfortable.

NO , it is wrong, Just peep in to the eyes of the partner & find what is there, you will enjoy the act of kissing in away , you can't imagine.
