illegal immigrants should be sent home, legal immigrants are just that LEGAL. they can do whatever they please. they are legal.

They do treat legal and illegal differently - in what context do you mean ? Im not sure i follow the logic of the question.
Legal migration - the individuals go through the rigiourous security checks - and once their there legally - its very different ...their legal, illegal immigration - the two are nothing alike...if a legal immigrant breaks the law they have to return to the country rightly so, if an illegal alien is caught period, they are forced to return -......

I would hope we would treat legal immigrants with the same respect due any law abiding citizen of the united states.

Stands to reason, doesn't it? If you ask a question correctly, it almost answers itself...legal immigrants should be treated as US citizens, which they are, for all intents and purposes, and illegal immigrants should be deported on discovery...

Legal immigrants should be carefully evaluated as to their citizenship potential and put on the track to citizenship if they are acceptable and willing (and deported if they are not).
Illegal aliens should be arrested, beaten and thrown over the border with a catapult if necessary and shot if they try to return.

They shouldn't be deported, they should be given the things illegals should no longer be given. Those legally here have a right to be here. The illegals have no right to make us pay for the services they use.
