Then she is still not ready. It can take until four or so until they completely train.
She may still not recognize the feeling of needing to go.
You can try sitting her on the toilet periodically during the day. When we had to get my daughter potty trained for day care, we got rid of the diapers and training diapers, and bought her some cute panties. After about a day and a half of peeing down her legs, she started to go in the toilet. She was about 3 and a half years old.
If you try this, be ready for the messes, but don't get upset either.
Like I said before, she may just not be ready yet. Be patient, it takes the time it takes.
Trust me, I couldn't wait till the whole dirty diaper phase was over
! (of course we had a second, and then a third, so the diaper thing seem almost never ending, lol)
Good Luck, and just hang in there.

Trust me my friend I just went through this with my son that is almost 4 he refused to potty train but could tell me when he was wet and pooped. I just got him potty trained about 3 months ago and you know how I did it.....for two weeks the only time he had underware on was at bed time......the rest of the day he went bottom free. They will not pee and poop on the floor. It forces them to tell mommy and daddy when they need to use the toilet and they will even go in their on their own. My son did great and in two weeks he was trained and he feels AWESOME about himself. I know it is frustrating believe me because he is going into preschool in the fall and they don;t allow the kids to wear pull ups. A family friend told me of this idea because she had a hard time training all three of her girls that are now grown women. Good Luck and stay positive!!!
P.S I was so tired of hearing he will go when he was good and ready because some kids just like to have control of the situation. Doing things this way allows you and the child to have some control while making progress.

Put her in regular underwear. When she gets tired of urinating on herself, she'll start going. Also, start rewarding her with candy or something ONLY when she potties.
Good luck...going through this too. My son is almost three (in September).

most children must learn to be poty trainrd bye at leati- half years etc, this is because they were not made to sit on the potty chair bye strick parents, and even thou they might scream and throw a fit make them sit there and when there completetly done, then they can get of from it you just cant walk away and expect them too know what the hell is going on here, etc, i know its demanding, but this is one of the biggest things in a childs life, but at 2 or 3, they are getting lazy, you cant pamper kids when, potty traing them etc, forcing, them too sit on the thing up too a year half is accecabble, and they shuld be out of the diaper stages bye then etc.

Form of control. She will tell you when poop becomes an inconvenience or an embarrassment. Trust me, I had two daughters.

I have been thru that.... I really think it is just her way of having control over the situation... When she is good and ready, she will do it! I don't know that there is any thing that you can do...

She isn't ready...don't worry, it'll happen. Don't rush it...but encourage it. Never punish for not doing it.

i would say just keep being patient with her -- she'll eventually catch on that it's not "cool" to go in your pants.
