I'm redoing my room into Oriental, punk rock ... any CHEEP websites in mind?

I'm redoing my room for my birthday, and I'm painting my walls blue, I'm getting a Futon, and I got a dark blue bed spread. My sister bought me a rug from target that is black and grey boxs with circles(sounds ugly but it's cool see it below). I need cheep stuff not furniture but decorations shelves, llighting,accesories etc. etc

My favorite places to go are second hand shops. You can usually find unusual items there. Most of the shops in my area are clean and more like little botiques. Most of all, Have Fun!!
