Yes, low blood pressure is a common cause for dizziness. Also, stress seems to bring on low blood pressure.
I suffer from low blood pressure. I'm 46. My doctor says it's normal for people to have low blood pressure. I also have days or weeks when mine is worse than usual. I get really bad dizzy spells. I find that it greatly helps me to take in some salt when I have a "spell". Maybe a 1/4 teaspoon or so.
My grandmother also suffers from low blood pressure. When I moved her to an Alzheimer's living facility, she began having really bad dizzy spells. I guess the stress from the move made her blood pressure go wacky. After about three months there, her blood pressure stabilized and her dizzy spells went away.
I hope you feel better soon.

Well I have the same problem you have. I also had a normal blood pressure but my normal one was usually 110/70 now sometimes it goes below 70 if it gets below 66 I think it is it is a health hazard. That means the blood is not flowing enough for the heart to pump it, your vital organs are not receiving enough blood and that may cause permanent damage...you will feel dizzy, REALLY REALLY tired at times, not sleepy just tired without any strenght left.
I suggest you go to your doctor and if for some reason in the doctors office your blood pressure shows normal make sure you tell him that you know it has gone under 65 or whatever it goes under but 72 is still pretty normal Its under 60 that you should get worried.
If you go to this link it will answer any questions you have...

Yes. If you are dizzy then you should see your doctor. 120/72 is not a bad blood pressure although your diastolic is a little low, but it depends on your size. HAving urinary problems is not a good sign. Your doctor can probably figure out what is wrong.

Go see a doctor!!! Don't put things off...especially when it comes to dizziness and blood pressure. Your body is telling you there is something not right.

As I'm sure others will tell you, you need to talk to your doctor. Only he/she can accurately assess your problems and help you to treat them.
