The reason you say "bless you" is to keep the evil spirits from entering the person's soul when they sneeze. So, when someone sneezes, I automatically say "bless you".
Well, that is a lie. I always thought it was "blush you", so I say that...

When we sneeze... we takeup the name of God. when he sneezes we have to give our blessings.
Just a small example:
It is more or less like what happens in a "kingdom". When citizens r hurt...King is there to help...and when the kingdom is about to get attacked by others....then citizens come to help.
Its all about mutual understanding!!

I dont know , probably nothing , because if I heard a sneeze, and no one was around at all , id probably die of a heart attack .
