When I buy a car in Kansas do I have 72 hour to return it?

I dont think i will be able to make my payment and want out

by federal law i believe you have 14-30 days to return it, depending on the dealer/manufacturer. however they nail you with a restocking fee of 15-30% and they may add additonal fees for miles and other items they can get away with charging you for.

You can call the place where you bought it and find out. Tell them you crunched the numbers after you left and it wont work out.
