We cant see the odometer without turning on the light but then the dark gets scared and stops.
Finally I decided to just ask it so I did and the answer is Colgate Tartar Control Toothpaste, original flavor. This is certain because the dark is NOT a liar.

I think theyre faster than light ( The 100m record is held by a black guy, isnt it!)

The same as the speed of light. It's the total absence of light so if you see an object that gets blocked off by another and darkness ensues the light will stop at the same speed that it started.
Don't know about the rest of your rambling though.

Darkness is just the absense of light so it spreads at the same speed light retreats.

dark is the absence of light, so I would guess that it appears as fast as the light travels out of sight!
So, Dark travels at the speed of light!
