I would ask myself if you would like that done to your nipples if you were owned by a supposedly higher intelligent being.
Your dog will NEVER allow those piercings to stay ON. She will bite them off, even if it rips her nipples apart and causes her to bleed to death while you are away at the movie theater. Okay, maybe she will not bleed to death from removing her own nipples but infection may occur which can lead to death if untreated.
Also, I can't think of any place to get this procedure done. The piercing parlor won't do it (Unless he's your dimwitted brother) and the vet will not. So, how would you plan on doing it? At home? Ewwwwwww, that is so dangerous as your dog cannot keep something clean by herself.
Also, I agree with the others, how are her puppies supposed to use those nipples if they have painful piercings on them?
This is just a lose-lose situation.

Let me ask you this. Do you love your dog? If you do then the answer would be NO!!!
Lets look at the situation. Your dog just had puppies and she is nursing them. Her nipples are very VERY sensitive and when you are producing milk they are very painful. This is what will happen if you do this. 1) this will make her mean 2) she would hurt the puppies and 3) she would probably hurt you and anyone who goes near her.
What is a person like you doing owning a dog?!?
This would also be considered animal cruelty and you could be arrested.

Only God knows what even possessed you to think of such a mean thing. Your dog's teats are probably hanging low to the ground right now, and if they were pierced, they'd snag on every little bush she'd brush up against, every little rock she'd lie down upon, and get tangled within the fibers of the rug she lied upon. Not a pleasant way to have a piercing torn off (as if it were pleasant to have it torn off in the first place!).
On top of that, she's still nursing, meaning, the puppies are going to try to get milk from her, and puppy teeth are very sharp to begin with. Her teats are very sore from having them engorged with milk to begin with. In a month or two, she's not going to be a happy camper as the puppies' teeth get sharper. With pierced nipples, she will reject feeding the puppies sooner, as the pain from the piercings, the engorgement, and the teeth all play a factor in her constant pain.
Here, understand how she'd feel... keep a flame under your nipples 24/7, not so close as to burn them, but close enough so you're always in pain (the engorgement). Then go get them pierced while they are still under the pain of fire. Then, go and smash them repeatedly with forks for five minutes once an hour every hour for 4 months (the puppies). Then pull on them with undue force once every few days (snagging on the various hazards around your house/yard).
Now, do you really wanna do that to your beloved dog?

DON.T MUTILATE ANIMALS FOR YOUR OWN AMUSEMENT.
Fair enough if you want to mutilate your own body, then go for it - but don't force it upon another creature without their consent. This is surely the lowest form of animal cruelty going. At least when they do experiments on animals it has a purpose - you're just doing it because your pityful life is so empty that you'll do almost anything for entertainment.

Only a retard would even think to do this. Poor dog, she has a whacko owner. Would you like to have your nipples pierced while you are nursing a baby? It would hurt like heck. But, then maybe you are sadistic.

No... it is not okay. If she is nursing, and you peirce her nipples, she will probably stop nursing and the puppies will starve to death or she may attack them because of the pain.
