Getting good marks in CAT exam wud only lead u to the interview.After that the toughest part of it is the group discussion wherein u are made to sit in a group and given a topic to speak in english. So it is very difficult.

Nothing really - it's just to test your school's average grades to see how they rank and how much money they can get. SAT is what helps you get into a good college - but if you did real good on the CAT, you should do good on the SAT.
