not everyone does. it is often mostly the opinions of the few fools which are most heard. this aint the opinion of most people. i think almost all people are really nice regardless of religion, which is man made. people are just people with love and feelings, we are all kind of similar.

ask Jesus into your life and be born again by the power of the Gospel (an actual real life event in your real life) if you do this in a prayer sincerely God will answer you! you have to truely seek then God will answer!

The answer to your question can easily be found in the newspapers or any television news program. We see Muslims killing each other every time we turn on the BOX.
Do you expect us to believe that a Muslim who drives a car loaded with explosives into a group of police is a great guy ?
When Shiites bomb a mosque full of Sunnis - - or the other way around, are they so wonderful ?
Are we supposed to think that the idiots who flew planes into the Twin Towers were real nice people ?
When all that we hear about Muslims is slaughter, what can we believe ? Some day we might hear of a Muslim here in America reporting another Muslim to the police when he's known to be planning a bombing here. But don't hold your breath waiting for that to happen.

Could it be that since 9/11, there have been (as of today) 5,473 acts of terror committed by Islamic terrorists?

Just in the last week alone, there were 55 jihad attacks, 363 dead bodies, and 558 critically injured, worldwide.

So, that, I'm sure, contributes much to the stereotype. Even more so, instead of condemnation, is the silence of Muslim leaders, especially in America

Because of the middle east.

By and large, and I know I generallize, the countires in the middle east, which are primarily muslim (excluding israel obviously), are the most barbarous, savage, cruel and intollerant on earth. Not to mention how the treat women. They also have a habit of creating a culture in which extremism rises, leading to people blowing themselves up.

I belive steriotyping muslims is wrong of course, as much as most of the rest of the intelligent population of the planet, but this is really only prevalent in mulsim countries, so you can hardly blame those who do.

I have some friends who are Muslims and they are wonderful and kind people on a personal level. The problem is they have a warped sense of what is right and wrong in the eyes of God and therefore they will eventually fall for Satan's deception and possible agree with the standards of radical nuts like the President of Iran...they certainly don't have the ability to stand up for what is right in the eyes of God and jesus Christ...They will evenually conform to an Islamic state.... and of course, eventually, end up in hell for rejecting the Diety of Christ.

I understand that not all Muslins are terrorists, but all the terrorists are muslim. Sorry, but a large percentage of Muslims have been flexing their terrorist muscles. Because ignorance is bliss? Actually I believe it is the same reason that for so many years witches were considered bad people. To most people, anyone who is different is considered wrong or bad, therefore they are socially rejected.

Muslims do a pretty go job of it themselves.

To wit: You proclaim to be a religion of peace, but Sunni MUSLIMS and Shi'ite MUSLIMS take turns blowing up each other.

I don't see Roman Catholics and Charismatic Catholics duking it out on the streets.

Because when a significant number of people of a nationality, religion, color, etc. do something bad, many people think everyone of that whole group as bad people.
