lol! thats lame call the company I'll bet they'll send you a whole box free. The machine I'm sure misses inserting a gift now and then. But think of it this way weren't you SURPRISED there was no gift!

Compared to when I was a kid, the surprises are all a rip off now. They got cheap, just buy them for the candy coated popcorn and peanuts and forget about the prize.l

Sometimes the machine that inserts the prize into the box swcrews up. You should send them an e-mail, they'll probably send you a bunch of prizes as an apology. I'll bet the website is on the box.
