dont be akward, she could tell. she'll be just as akward as you. you just have to think of her as your sister..and not as a stranger. start with a hug..ask her how she is...anyone special in her life.. kids..friends..etc.. and then ask her to go with you and your friends somewhere. basically..introduce her to your life..and she'll introduce you to hers.

It depends upon how you 'click'. The obvious thing is to simply share life experiences, with no pressure if someone doesn't want to share. Life; family; children if any; hobbies; jobs; marriages.
It should take care of itself.
Take a small present, even if only a single rose.
I remember twins that were separated at birth, and they brought exactly identical presents, it turns out they were totally in sync. It was a TV documentary.

You could start out by asking about her family, what kind of work does she do, or some of her favorite things she likes to do. Then let the conversation flow from there.

You and her will have so much to talk about. You and her have alot of catching up to do for the last 20 years and don't be surprised if you and her spend hours and hours talking.
