my friend doesn't want to run when a lot of people can see him. Hes self conscious of his weight.
so i want to know how many people are up that early.

Hey. I wake up at 5:30 or 6 AM. I don't know why, just 'because' I guess. I have a lot of work to do and rather finish up early and the thing is that I can't sleep during the day. I'm a strong believer in wasting you day so I don't enjoy taking a nap. And if I do people know something just isn't right :) But then again being a 16-year-old I don't like to wake up that early everyday (to be honest).

Most people who have little kids are up early - I know my 2 year old wakes at 6:45 every morning.

I start work at 7:00. That means I'm alreadt on the street by 6:30.

millions of farmers around the country need to get up to do labor work around five'o'clock
millions of buisiness workers work very early in the morning and also very late at night.
some resteraunts need workers because they are open 24/7

i wake up at 7...
just tel him not to care. tell him to go to a gym. everyone knows that they are there to exercise to lose weight. if he cannot accept that then he shouldnt bother trying to lose wieght

theres no possible way i would wake up at 7.
unless im takin my kid to school.
but on weekends wake up at 12pm
