Eye contact! If they're just being nice, they'll avoid a lot of eye contact. If they're hitting on you, there'll be lots of eye contact, or they'll catch your eye and then lower theirs, and glance back. Check it out.

If she's hitting on you = mega eye contact, smiling/laughing/talking a lot, some form of physical contact (like touching your arm or shoulder while talking), appears to hang on your every word, etc.
If she's being really nice = same as above!!!!

Sometimes you can never tell...I have a friend who flirts with just about every guy she meets and she has a boyfriend!...but seriously, that's just the way she is...super friendly!.....sorry, but i'm not sure anyone can give you a definite answer..!...but good luck anyways!
