Who knows more about the taste of a kiwi fruit?

Question

The person who actually tasted the kiwi fruit or other people who have never tasted it but have studied what others say is the fundamental truth about kiwi fruit and what it's like and all the attributes of the kiwi fruit? If a person is convinced that the belief he has about what a kiwi fruit tastes like is the same thing as actually tasting the kiwi fruit, how do you get them to go past belief and look to actually taste the kiwi?

The person who has tasted the kiwi has the memory in his senses...smell, taste, feel, texture, etc., which are stored in his brain, which he may or may not be able to articulate in the best way to convey it's taste. The person who has the information in his brain has only that. He may be able to articulate much about the kiwi, but he has no experience of any of it. No amount of articulation can be as accurrate as the actual biting of the kiwi. We can say that an orange is sweeter than a lemon, but we can't say how much sweeter...on a scale. We can't explain the differences of the pulp nodules accurately, or compare the bitterness of the white part. Words are limited compared to life experience.
