Being as McDonald's continually wins the 'Worst Employer Award' and their products are crap it's surprising anyone works there long enough to win 'Employee of the Month'.

i dunno, but we used to have fun reading the company newsletter when i worked on nightshift for a popular building firm to see how many people had died and nightshift and how long they had worked for thecompany
life expectancy was 6 months, so once we got thru our training we were doing really well ;o)
