He talks to me on aim for a long time and hes my best guy friends best friend but i saw him at the 4H fair i stood right by him but didnt say hi i told him i couldnt wait to meet him and he said the same thing to me but we haven't spoken

Well, this should be easy enough. He's your best guy friends friend and you already chat on iom. You don't need to do anything. Don't chase boys. Sorry if that sounds archaic, but they just don't like it. You don't have to do anything. He already has an open door. Let him be the one to instigate the conversation. Play it cool.

You all started out talking on line, and yes it sounds as if you both really wanted to meet one another, but I believe that he was so use to talking with you on the computer that he felt alittle awkward or maybe embarrassed to actually be face to face with you. Over time the more you see one another the easier it will be to communicate.
